KEF Q Concerto Meta 3-way Bass Reflex Bookshelf Speakers are the embodiment of KEF's innovative engineering and attention to acoustic detail. As part of the Q Series, this bookshelf speaker offers powerful sound in a compact form, making it perfect for smaller spaces or as part of a larger multi-channel setup. It integrates KEF’s revolutionary Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™), which eliminates 99% of high-frequency distortion for clearer, more natural sound. The three-way bass reflex design of the Q Concerto Meta ensures precise handling of low, mid, and high frequencies, resulting in detailed, full-bodied sound reproduction. Whether placed on a shelf or mounted with KEF’s SQ1 floor stand, this speaker delivers an immersive audio experience for both music and home cinema enthusiasts. Available in Satin Black, Satin White, and Walnut finishes, the Q Concerto Meta adds both elegance and acoustic excellence to any room.

Multi-Dimensional Music Experience
The KEF Q Concerto Meta offers an unparalleled multi-dimensional music experience, transforming any room into a concert hall or cinema. Thanks to its three-way design, which separates the low, mid, and high frequencies, the Q Concerto Meta provides a wide and immersive soundstage. This ensures that every detail, from the lowest bass notes to the highest treble, is reproduced with accuracy and depth. The integration of MAT™ further enhances this experience by eliminating high-frequency distortion, allowing listeners to enjoy their music and movies with remarkable clarity.
Whether you're listening to a symphony, rocking out to your favorite band, or setting the mood with a curated playlist, the Q Concerto Meta brings your music to life. It is also an excellent choice for home cinema setups, as it ensures that dialogues, sound effects, and musical scores are heard with exceptional detail and immersion. When combined with KEF’s SQ1 floor stands or B2 wall brackets, the Q Concerto Meta can be placed in the ideal position for optimal sound projection, further enhancing the multi-dimensional audio experience. This speaker is the perfect solution for those who want a full-range sound experience without the bulk of floorstanding models.

Flexible Decoupling Chassis for Sound Precision
The KEF Q Concerto Meta incorporates KEF’s Flexible Decoupling Chassis, a design feature first used in the company’s flagship Blade and Reference loudspeakers. This chassis dramatically reduces sound coloration caused by vibrations in the midrange, which can often travel through the cabinet and distort the overall sound. By decoupling the midrange motor from the Uni-Q driver array, this innovation ensures that vibrations are dissipated before they reach the cabinet, leading to cleaner, more accurate sound reproduction.
This technology is particularly important for audiophiles who prioritize the purity of sound. The decoupling feature helps eliminate unwanted resonances, ensuring that midrange frequencies like vocals and instruments are delivered with greater clarity and precision. Whether you're listening to the complex harmonies of a jazz band or the precise dialogue of a film, the Flexible Decoupling Chassis allows the Q Concerto Meta to perform at its best, delivering a pristine audio experience without the interference of unwanted cabinet vibrations.

Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™)
At the heart of the KEF Q Concerto Meta is the Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™), a groundbreaking innovation that absorbs 99% of unwanted high-frequency sound for a more natural and distortion-free listening experience. MAT™ works by capturing and dissipating the rearward sound waves from the tweeter, preventing them from being reflected back into the listening space and causing high-frequency distortion. This innovation results in a cleaner, purer sound across the entire frequency spectrum, making every note clearer and more detailed. The Q Concerto Meta benefits greatly from this technology, delivering exceptional sound quality, whether you're listening to a high-energy rock concert or a delicate classical composition.
MAT™ elevates the Q Concerto Meta’s performance by ensuring that even the most subtle nuances in music or movie audio are accurately reproduced. From intricate guitar plucks to the finest vocal inflections, this technology allows listeners to experience the depth and texture of their favorite tracks or films as the creators intended. This makes the Q Concerto Meta an ideal choice for those who demand high-fidelity audio from their bookshelf speakers.
