KEF Q3 Meta 2-way Bass Reflex Center Speakers- Pair are exceptional 2-way bass reflex center speaker that combines cutting-edge technology and premium sound engineering, making it an integral part of KEF’s renowned Q Series. Designed to deliver clear dialogue and detailed midrange frequencies, the Q3 Meta is perfect for home theater setups and multi-channel audio systems. A standout feature is KEF’s revolutionary Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™), which absorbs 99% of unwanted high-frequency distortion to provide pure, natural sound. The speaker’s Uni-Q driver array, combined with its advanced bass reflex design, ensures a wide, immersive soundstage with deep bass, crisp highs, and smooth mids.
The Q3 Meta is designed to seamlessly fit into any space, offering powerful sound despite its compact size. Whether it’s placed on a cabinet or mounted on the wall with the optional B2 Wall Bracket, the Q3 Meta offers a versatile solution for achieving pristine audio. With a sleek aesthetic in Satin Black, Satin White, and Walnut finishes, this center speaker doesn’t just sound great—it looks stylish in any setting, blending seamlessly with modern interiors.

Redesigned Tweeter Motor System
The KEF Q3 Meta features a redesigned tweeter motor system, specially engineered to optimize the transmission of sound to the MAT™ absorber. This advanced design enhances the speaker’s efficiency and reduces distortion by increasing the area of the tweeter’s rear chamber vent by an impressive 250%. This modification allows more sound energy to be directed into the metamaterial absorber, significantly reducing acoustic pressure behind the tweeter dome. The tweeter’s ability to operate more linearly results in a clearer, more detailed sound, especially in the higher frequencies.
This improvement is particularly important in complex audio scenarios, such as movie soundtracks or multi-instrument music arrangements, where high-pitched sounds often dominate. The refined motor system ensures that high frequencies are reproduced with precision, eliminating distortion and delivering a smoother audio output. With sharper, more refined details, listeners will experience enhanced dialogue clarity in movies and a more vibrant, dynamic sound in music. The Q3 Meta's tweeter system is engineered for those who prioritize detail and fidelity in their sound setup, making it a critical component for immersive home entertainment environments, where clear, undistorted high frequencies are essential.

Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™)
The KEF Q3 Meta leverages KEF’s groundbreaking Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™) to revolutionize the listening experience. MAT™ is designed to absorb 99% of unwanted high-frequency distortion, offering listeners a cleaner, more natural sound than ever before. The core of this technology is a complex, maze-like structure, where each intricate channel is optimized to absorb a specific frequency. This system works like an acoustic black hole, capturing and dissipating rearward sound waves from the tweeter before they can reflect back into the sound output, ensuring a cleaner signal with reduced distortion.
This transformation in sound quality enables the Q3 Meta to deliver stunning audio accuracy across all genres and use cases, whether you're enjoying the delicate nuances of a classical symphony or the immersive sound effects of a high-action film. MAT™ eliminates the harshness typically associated with high-frequency distortion, ensuring that all audio comes through with crystal clarity. The result is a speaker that faithfully reproduces the full dynamic range of any soundtrack, allowing listeners to experience every detail in both quiet and loud moments. For home theater enthusiasts and audiophiles alike, MAT™ enhances the Q3 Meta's ability to serve as the heart of a sound system, delivering a richer, more lifelike soundstage that transforms any entertainment experience.

Multi-Dimensional Music Experience
The KEF Q3 Meta is designed to provide an immersive, multi-dimensional music experience that captivates listeners with its expansive soundstage. Thanks to its advanced two-way bass reflex design and integration of the 12th-generation Uni-Q driver array combined with Metamaterial Absorption Technology (MAT™), the Q3 Meta ensures that every sound element, whether it’s music or dialogue, is delivered with clarity and balance. The Uni-Q driver array enhances the speaker’s ability to disperse sound evenly throughout the room, creating a rich, detailed audio environment where the sound seems to come from all directions.
Whether you're listening to a symphony, your favorite rock band, or a movie’s surround sound effects, the Q3 Meta ensures that all elements of the audio are delivered with impeccable clarity. The MAT™ integration further ensures that high-frequency distortion is minimized, allowing for smooth, distortion-free playback even at high volumes. The speaker’s versatile design allows it to be placed on a shelf or mounted on the wall using the optional B2 Wall Bracket, offering flexibility in setup without compromising sound quality. The Q3 Meta creates an engaging, multi-dimensional soundscape that transforms ordinary listening into an extraordinary, immersive experience, perfect for both audiophiles and home theater enthusiasts.
